Not An Average Ga-Matoran Chapter 10

Makuta Duncan and Ruunaja entered a large chamber  to find very complex machinery, Virox's lab.

To their surprise to see  Teridax,, Chaos and several other brothers were present.
"What is going on in here?" Ruunaja asked seeing Ruaf and Pedrinho chained down to two solid protodermis chairs.

"Rauf has been acting really paranoid recently. We gonna see what's going on in his head."Antroz explained as Virox got out a strange leather sash hooked up to a cable attached to an Acradian All Seeing Sphere,that Maktua Razok had obtained from one his victims.

"Is that because of that Ga-Matoran Alaya?" Icarax muttered as Boris wrapped the sash around Rauf's forehead about a few inches above his crimson eyes.
Shoko shrugged in confusion.

"What about Pedrinho?" Duncan asked while Virox walked over to a set of  several levers and switches on the wall connected to the devices.

"He has been babbling about crazy things ever sine he git back from that temple." Mutran replied.

They were all quiet  for several minutes, then Virox looked over his shoulder at Rauf and Pedrinho saying."Are you two ready?"

"Is this gonna hurt?" Ruaf asked nervously watching as Virox grasped one of the levers.

"Don't worry it is completely painless, but you might feel a jolt at the start...."Virox replied pulling the lever, Rauf did feel a small shock of pain but it only lasted a minute or two....

Chaos touched part of the All Seeing Sphere, a beam of light fired out of it toward a large wall projecting an holographic image,kinda like an old movie projecter.

"What are we seeing?" Ruunaja asked as they saw image showed Ruaf in the interrogation chamber with a dark blueish Ga-Matoran...

"We are seeing into Ruaf's memory." Virox explained queitly as they continued to observe the scene....Alaya was more than what she seemed ... They all jumped  sudden flash of an unknown being!

Chaos manage to freeze the image they could all get a good look at it.
"What is that thing?!"Someone asked...they all shrugged...

The creature appeared to be half human and half-Makuta, flesh was grey and gruesome, it wore bits of torn clothing and at the arms and legs partly visible through the rags was strange armor, the hands were claw-like. And the face,one side looked like a man's face, the other half looked like a a rusted pitted skull... What stuck out the most was glowing blood red crimson eyes!

After several moments the Brotherhood of Makuta members allowed the memory continued to play....

They all saw Alaya standing at the end of a poorly lit hallway.
"Who are they?"She demanded.
"Huh what?!" Rauf stammered backing away from her, as she continued.
"I see them sometimes when I close my eyes and in my sleep. They say they know you!"

"I don't understand."He stammered...

"They say your kind MADE them! They say you are going to kill me..."

Chaos pressed pause on the memory again...
Rauf started struggling against the chains.
"Can you stop now?" He asked anxiously...

Teridax nod."I think Rauf has suffered enough brothers. We now know what Alaya did to him."

"Indeed." Mutran muttered while Virox shut off the device, Boris unwound the sash from Rauf's forehead while Nartum unchained him.

"Ruunaja should we kill Alaya?"Duncan whispered so quietly only the two of them could hear.
Ruunaja shook his head in response, he figured that the Ga-Matoran was use alive than dead.

Rauf stood up with an unreadable gaze, he felt a little better that Virox's invention worked like a charm, walking over to Antorz.
Virox scanned his mind and used the sphere to find the location, Pedrinho nod saying."I wanna do it quick and get it over with!"

Just like before an image projected on the wall, this time, not a memory entirely.
The Makuta saw the interior of the temple, right when their brothers; Maake,Muhammad, Pedrinho, and Shoko enter the hidden room.

Maake flew up toward the loft, there was a shrine, pile of Skakdi skulls on the floor and a dismantled Rahkshi armor suit and Kraata nailed to the wall.
"Why are you here?" Came a female voice.

Chaos paused the image ghostly shadow in the shape of a Toa loomed behind Maake.
"What in Karzahni is that?!" Duncan shouted jumping into Ruunaja's arms.

Pedrinho whimpered struggling to get up, but the chains held him down as the memory continue to play...

Maake got stabbed by an unknown being!
They were able to make out some outline of the attacker,

A ghostly figure of a Toa was behind Maake piercing a deadly looking blade through his back! As antidermis spilled out of the his body like blood...  Pedrinho fell out of the loft landing on Muhammad! And quickly fled from the temple.

Before Virox could turn it off the device, Teridax ordered the to leave it on... as they saw Muhaamad on there.

Muhammad headed up to the loft, ran over to Maake now laying terribly wounded on the floor near the altar.
He cradle his brother's body, apologizing for all things he had done, than Maake weakly replied."I forgive you brother,now run! Malvo was right...You have to get out of here before she kills you too!"

"Huh?" Muhammad said a little confused a little Ga-Matoran was in standing in the corner glaring at him!
"Did you do this?!"Muhammad growled at her.
She didn't answer than a ghostly Toa appeared holding the deadly looking blade.

"Kill him mommy! Kill him!"
  The ghastly Toa snarled lunging at him, Muhammad let out a scream and than everything went black!

Virox turned off the device, everyone was shocked by what they had just seen.
"What was that thing?" Ruunaja asked breaking the silence, while he set Duncan down.

A voice came from nearby."It was from the other side!"
Everyone turned and standing there in the doorway was Makuta Necro!
