Ch5

Chell walked along a path in the wheat field her thoughts were still on Wheatley.
She looked up and caught glimpse of something in the partly cloudy sky...A spaceship? Whatever this flying thing was she started following it, like a child chasing after a bird.
After 25 minutes she watched the spaceship, land about an estimate of a football field away from a run down shack, which happened the entrance to Aperture Science.

Chell cautiously approached the spaceship, it was big, covered in yellow/grey plated armor, and looked like something out of a sci-fi movie. She noticed words on the side that read 'Hero Factory', but what was it doing here? She stopped about thirty yards away from the ship and watched for a bit expecting for something to come out of it.

Breaker unbuckled his seatbelt got up from his seat than unbuckled the two cores, while saying with a hint of pride."See guys that wasn't so bad."

"Yeah it feels bloody great to be back on Earth!" Wheatley said back with a sense of relief in his voice as the hero picked him up and held him to where he could see through the undamaged part of the windshield.
"Oh we are in a field looks like a harvest may happen soon. Wonder what was being grown around here? Corn? A corn maze? No doesn't really look like it, but that would be fun to visit one sometime...." Wheatley said noticing the wheat field outside.

"Close, that is actually a wheat field."Breaker corrected.

"We are home! We're home! We're home!" Space Core added happily.

"Hey Breaker do you think it's weird for a robot to like or even sometimes love a human?" Wheatley asked while the yellow/black/blue armored hero carried him over to a shelf and set him down.
"Well I still have a thing for Chell..."

"There is nothing wrong with that Wheatley." Breaker retorted and explained that he knew a decent number of Heroes that have human counterparts or partners. He had heard only bits of details all what he knew male heroes with female human partners sometimes do develop feelings for each other, sometimes viewing them like siblings as for romantic feelings....He wasn't entirely sure, but now wasn't the best time to pursue that.

"He loves Chell as big as spaaaaaaace!" Space Core spoke up getting their attention, Wheatley rolled his head back and smiled with a mix of awkwardness and embarrassment as little hint of red appeared on a him, as Breaker patted him to calm down the blue eye core.

Then the Hero walked over the Space Core picked him up, brought him over to the same shelf that Wheatley was already on and set him down.
Breaker than got ready to open ship's main door.

Chell watched as the back of the ship opened a ramp descended out of it, and to her surprised no stereo-tipacal green space men like in cheesy sci-fi movies came out of it. But instead a tall humanoid yellow/black/blue armored robot on its yellow chest plate was blue 'H' ensign, and ontop of its yellow helmet was some unique looking goggles.

"Excuse me ma'am!" He called to her.

Chell flinched for a second, wondering about him, was he a threat?

"It is ok I'm not gonna hurt you." He said calmly, then walked back into his ship.

She could see him get something, but wasn't sure about him until he started to come back down the ramp this time holding a what appeared to be a familiar spherical robot with handlebars.
Wheatley?!? Was it really him?!
Without a second thought Chell immediately ran toward them and up the ramp, the little familiar blue eye core looked right at her, she couldn't help but say,"Wheatley?"

"Oh it's you! Oh Chell is it really you? Oh luv I'm sorry about everything, I wish that I could take it all back I honestly do. I'm sorry that I was bossy and monstrous, and all around genuinely sorry." The blue eye bot replied in familiar British tone a little nervous. It really is Wheatley!

Chell smiled taking Wheatley from the taller robot, saying."I forgive you Wheatley."

Wheatley felt a great sense of relief as if all the guilt was swept off of him, as Chell held him in her arms and hugged him tightly like an old friend or maybe something more like a lover. After he looked back at the humanoid robot and introduced the Hero to her. Breaker couldn't help but nod with a smile it was moments like these that really made him proud to be a Hero.

The tall robot than headed back inside ship for a minutes, Chell was already at the bottom of the ramp holding Wheatley. They watched Breaker come back out with Space Core in his arms.
"Any idea where to keep these guys? I just can't leave them here." Breaker asked, while walking off the ramp.

Chell nod still carrying Wheatley in her arms, she then turned around and started walking along a path in the wheat field.
"You mean that shack over there?" Breaker asked noticing the conveniently placed structure that was in the distance.
Chell shook her head looking over her at him saying in a serious tone."I wouldn't go near there if I were you."

Breaker wondered why, but he didn't pursue it at the movement. He instead while still carrying Space Core he followed Chell she was carrying Wheatley, during the walk he told her  about Hero Factory and how he ran into the two little cores.

Meanwhile miles away tall robotic figure cloaked in the shadows began to walk out of the woods. A glowing blood red optic looked out into the distance toward the highway and the grassy plains. He had already trained in the galaxies under his employer,  hacking high tech vaults and other security systems, along with numerous thefts and assaults. He was now allowed to return back to where he originally came from long ago and claim what he viewed as his own.
